Special interest group (대사성골질환연구회) Metabolism, muscle, and the skeleton – Rethinking the axis 10월 30일(목) 16:30-18:00, Room1 소개의 글: 이번 추계학술대회에서 대사성골질환연구회는 골대사와 다양한 대사질환 간의 복합적 상호 연관관계를 다룰 예정입니다. 한림의대 허지혜 교수는 비만이 골강도에 미치는 숨겨진 영향을, 경북의대 전재한 교수는 지방간과 골 취약성의 연관성을, 가톨릭의대 하정훈 교수는 골흡수억제제가 근육량에 미치는 효과를 발표할 예정입니다. 골격계를 중심으로 한 대사 네트워크에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 임상에서 활용할 수 있는 통합적 치료 접근법을 모색해 보겠습니다.

Special interest group (EDC 연구회) Maternal-fetal health and environmental exposures: Microplastics, particulate matter, and EDCs 10월 30일(목) 16:30-18:00, Room2: 임신 중 다양한 환경오염물질에의 노출은 산모와 태아 및 출산 이후 아동의 건강에도 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 본 세션에서는 최근 많은 관심과 우려가 제시되고 있는 미세플라스틱, 대기 중 미세먼지 및 내분비교란물질 등 주요 환경 인자가 모자 건강에 미치는 영향과 최신 연구 동향에 대해 논의해 보고자 합니다. 이를 통해 다양한 환경오염물질에 대한 노출 및 위해 평가 방법 및 실질적 예방 전략을 모색해보는 시간이 될 것입니다.

Special interest group (내분비희귀질환연구회) Beyond barriers in rare endocrine: From diagnosis to life-long care 10월 31일(금) 13:40-15:00, Room3 소개의 글: 희귀질환연구회에서 준비한 세션은 이번 추계학술대회의 주제인 “Beyond the Barriers"와 걸맞게, 내분비 진료의 경계를 넘어 다학제적 협력을 통한 새로운 해결책을 모색하고자 기획하였습니다. 울산의대 이범희 교수는 long-read sequencing을 포함한 유전체 기술과 함께 유전진단을 활용한 희귀질환의 진단적 접근에 대해 논의하며, 서울의대 한지연 교수는 희귀질환 환자들의 임신과 출산을 위한 전략을, 연세치대 강정민 교수는 치과적 단서를 통해 골격계 유전질환의 조기 인지 가능성을 제시합니다. 내분비학의 경계를 넘어 희귀질환 진료에 조금이나마 더 도움이 되고자 새로운 가능성을 모색하는 자리에 많은 관심 바랍니다.
